GIT General Announcements
- GIT’s Business Meeting is regularly held on the 3rd Sunday of the month. This month’s meeting will be on Sunday, March 17th at 12:30 PM. All home group members are welcome to attend.
- We clean GIT every Sunday at 7:15 AM. This is a great service opportunity. Please help us keep our home clean.
- The Birthday Meeting is the last Saturday of every month at 8 PM. Home group members with AA Birthdays this month – please put your name on the board early in the month, so we can get you a card. Birthday cards are available at the desk for all to sign.
- GIT supports the Hospitals & Institutions via service opportunities. Please see the bulletin board next to the women’s restroom for contacts and information. GIT also supports the H & I Committee via donations in the pink can.
- If you are a newcomer, we have info packets available, just ask the chairperson after the meeting.
- Would anybody willing to be a sponsor please raise your hand? If you need a sponsor, please meet with one of these individuals. Sponsorship is highly encouraged.
- If you don’t have cash for the 7th tradition, GIT now has Venmo and PayPal options to donate. The QR codes are located throughout the room.
- GIT has a no pet policy, with an exception for service animals.
- Please make sure your cell phones are silenced at this time.

GIT Temporary Announcements
- All service positions have been posted! The available service positions are posted on the bulletin to the right of the desk. If you are interested, and you meet the position requirements, please put your name and phone number on the ballot. If you have signed up for a service position, you must be present or represented at the next business meeting to be voted in. Service is an important part of our program in AA and at GIT – we can’t do it without you!
